HOW TO BECOME A REALTOR®
The BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) is the regulatory body responsible for licensing individuals and brokerages engaged in trading in real estate.

What are the benefits of becoming a REALTOR®?
Once you have your BC real estate license, you may choose to become a REALTOR® - this is not an automatic classification. To become a REALTOR®, you must become a member of a real estate board, which in turn grants you membership to the provincial association (the British Columbia Real Estate Association in BC) and the national association (the Canadian Real Estate Association).
